Mobile Apps
These are apps for downloading to your mobile phone or tablet
- Adobe Lightroom (iOS | Android) - This has become my go to app now for editing my photos! I use Lightroom for all of my professional images and getting to use this app for mobile is awesome as well!
- Adobe Express (iOS | Android) - This is the app I use to create my graphics for my Instagram Stories. =)
- Photo Summary (iOS | Android) - This is the app I utilize for displaying my EXIF data in my Instagram stories.
- Instories (Learn More) - This is utilized for all of my Instagram stories, with the motion graphics (such as the Before & After graphics). It's quite expensive and does crash more times than I'd like for the cost, but it's great when it works.
- InShot (iOS | Android) - App utilized for creating my reels on Instagram and slideshows.
- VSCO (iOS | Android) - One of the best free apps you can ever have for mobile! It has your basic adjustments and some very cool filters, which you can add on to as well!
- Mextures (iOS) - Tied with VSCOcam as being the best mobile photo editing apps. It’s unfortunate that this hasn’t made it to Android yet. Sorry guys! =(
- Snapseed (iOS | Android) - This is an absolutely incredible app from Google, and it’s entirely FREE!! It’s such a powerful app and many of my HDR iPhone images have been done with this app.
- Ultralight (iOS) - This is SUCH a unique app, I think the controls in this one are super cool and love editing with this app. It’s one of my newest additions and I’m still learning about this one, but love it so far. It works for both photos and videos as well.
- Fragment (iOS | Android) - A cool app for some pretty nifty shapes and colors for your photos.
- Over (iOS | Android) - I really like this for doing creative things with text on my photos.
- Camera+ (iPhone | iPad) - This is a very extensive app, which has so many tools, filters, effects, etc. One great thing about this app is being able to shoot in TIFF format, vs standard JPEGs.
